You may not use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized system access, transmit harmful code, interfere with proper website operation, scrape or copy content without permission, or use automated systems (bots) to interact with the website.

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Shipping and handling costs are additional unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product availability may vary and any product may be discontinued at any time.

 

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by NewEuroFences. We may refuse or cancel any order. Order confirmation does not represent acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment.
Payment must be received before shipment unless credit terms exist. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other approved methods. Custom orders may require deposits. Custom products are non-refundable and specifications must be confirmed in writing. Changes after confirmation may result in additional fees.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship within the United States and additional fees may apply for remote locations. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the carrier. Products must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported within 48 hours.

 

Returns and Refunds

Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom products are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days with photos and details. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

 

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a limited warranty that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in product documentation.
Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, environmental damage, or modifications. Except as explicitly stated, we provide no other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, business interruption, or loss of profits. We are not responsible for installation damages unless installation services are provided in writing.
